Working safely is a top priority at Industrial Linings, Inc. To ensure our employees have a clear understanding of safety requirements and expectations, we hold mandatory safety meetings each month.

Our Health and Safety Manual was revised in 2004 to comply with OSHA and other government standards. It is periodically evaluated and revised to ensure it is up-to-date. Our manual contains information, procedures and training requirements that all our employees must have to work safety. Our Health and Safety Manual is available for download in the Media section of our website.

Industrial Linings, Inc. has a innovative safety incentive program to increase employee safety awareness company wide. Points are awarded based on accident-free workdays, as well as shop safety regulations. Points earned by the employee can then be redeemed for gift cards from several retail outlets in our area. It's our way of saying "Thank You" to our employees for working safely.

INDUSTRIAL LININGS, INC. SAFETY ORIENTATION

Each employee receives a copy of our Health and Safety and is required to attend a general company safety orientation. Our company safety orientation covers a wide spectrum of topics, which include but is not limited to the following:

• Fire Safety

• Hazard Communication

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Respiratory Protection

• Forklift Safety

• Hearing Protection

• Power Tool Safety

• Lock-Out/Tag-Out
