This project consisted of the complete metal fabrication, rubber lining and coating of various cell parts. These units are used in the processing of chemicals. All rubber lined parts were cured using our autoclave. The rubber lining type used was Blair 925 x 1/4" thick. This project also called for Fiberglass pipe spools that are connected to the cell parts. We FRP manufactured and fabricated these spools using Hetron 922, 10 mil Nexus veil inside and out and 1-1/2 ounce mat.
