This project consisted of the complete metal fabrication, rubber lining and coating of a mixing unit. These units are used in the manufacturing process of pigments. All rubber lined parts were cured using our autoclave. The rubber lining type used was Blair 411 x 1/4" thick. The rotor shown in the first photo below was balanced to ensure that the proper rotation is achieved once the unit is in place and operational.
