MAY 19, 2006 - Industrial Linings, Inc. has been awarded a contract to
metal fabricate, rubber line and paint end boxes and
side rails and to FRP manufacture (6) hydraulic seals.
The rubber lining type to be used
will be Blair VE-925 x 1/4" thick.
Blair 925 rubber is a Black, hard, natural rubber
graphite reinforced for resistance to wet chlorine. It
has a hardness after curing of 70 Shore D durometer.
The resin type to be used
will be Hetron 922 for the hydraulic seals. Hetron 922
is corrosion resistant to both strong acids and bases
and its inherent toughness provides fabrication
advantages and resistance to both impact and thermal

Included in the scope of work is metal fabricating the
end boxes and side rails, applying rubber lining, curing
the new lining using our autoclave and painting. FRP
hydraulic seals are to be manufacture and fabricate to
fit the end boxes |
